Many thanks to Louise, Elly, James and Adam for all their friendly hospitality at Monimail - they are a lovely bunch and it was really inspiring to see them working away at their projects while very busy looking after their two small babies. Those babies must be two of the healthiest I have ever seen - at least partly due to all that natural food and CranioSacral Therapy....??
Louise and the others never go to the supermarket - there's always something fresh from the garden and they buy in what they don't grow (pulses, flour etc) from an organic wholesaler. Not only is it really healthy
